Supporting Policies for Innovation Teams (Talents)
- Supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Team.
Excellent innovation and entrepreneurship team, newly established in the district and with world-class level talent, after evaluation, 10 million to 30 million yuan in project funding is granted; the top-level and international advanced team will enjoy 5 million CNY to 10 million CNY as the fund support; and the domestic advanced team will enjoy 3 million CNY to 5 million CNY as the fund support. This section is not clear- What is the difference between Excellent innovation team and Top level International team/
- Supporting Leaders of Science and Technology.
The leaders of science and technology start-ups newly joining in YETDA BioPark will be supported by venture capital of up to 5 million.
Supporting Policies for Scientific Research Projects
- Biomedical Projects
A. Class I new drug and Class III medical devices: upon obtaining clinical trial approval, 20% of their preclinical research expenditures will be subsidized, with a maximum amount of 500 thousand CNY.B. For projects obtaining a Class I new drug certificate and achieving industrialization in the region: 10% of the total R&D cost will be subsidized, with a maximum amount of 5 million CNY. C. When the enterprise obtains a national first-class new medicine certificate and industrialized in the zone: it will be funded at a rate of 10% of the total research cost, with a maximum of 5 million CNY.
- Special Bonus for Prize-winning Projects
For projects that won the first or second prizes for state technological invention award, or state scientific and technological progress award, an Industrial Transformation Fund support of 2 million CNY or 1 million CNY will be provided after being put into production. For projects awarded the first or second prizes for provincial technological invention award, or provincial scientific and technological progress award, an Industrial Transformation Fund support of 1 million CNY or 0.5 million CNY will be provided after being put into production.( The same award results are executed according to the highest standards)
